It looks like Tom Girardi isn’t getting out of his legal problems!
A judge has ruled that Tom’s personal debt will not be wiped clean amid his bankruptcy case. This means that his creditors are free to go after him for everything he has…or doesn’t have.
And it appears Erika Jayne isn’t out of the legal woods yet, either!
