Cooper Noriega, a TikTok celebrity with over 1.7 million followers, died at the age of 19 on Thursday.
According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s Office, Noriega was discovered dead around 4:20 p.m. on the 500 block of North First Street in Burbank, California.
The reason for death is yet unknown, and the matter is being investigated.
“Who else b thinking they gon d!€ young af,” Noriega said in a video posted to his TikTok account only hours before his death.
On June 5, Noriega announced the opening of a Discord group for people to talk about their mental health problems in a TikTok video.
Noriega just launched a mental health-focused Discord channel “because of how much I love you guys and how much I suffer from it myself,” he says in the video.
I want you to feel at ease and not alone, he stated.
